Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for one month from date that has been quoted on.

  • Quotations are based on information  provided by customer and are as accurate as possible.

  • Quotations may fluctuate in price this could be caused by increase of material price(s) additional work to be carried our or unforeseen additional work.

  • One to one consultations are recommend during the quoting process for most accurate pricing.

 

Payments and Deposits

  • Deposits must be taken at the time of booking, this will be before the conformation of the date booked.

  • Customers are required to make a deposit when booking in vehicles with WrapWxrks LTD this a payment for materials and securing dates booked with WrapWxrks LTD. The payment will be de-ducted from the final invoice this will be paid on collection via bank transfer or card payment.

  • Deposit will be a percentage of the the total value of the invoice, the percentage will a minimum of 20% and maximum of 50% depending on this will be decided by management and communicated accordingly. 

  • Full Payment of outstanding invoice needs to be paid on collection of vehicle(s) Wrap Wxrks LTD will not release the vehicle(s) or goods until payment is made. Failure of payment goods/service will result in removal and/or refusal to supply said service.

  • In the event of a late payment Wrap Wxrks Ltd has the right to levy the cancellation penalty percentage charges against any money that the customer has paid in advance. Where the money paid in advance is insufficient to cover the calculated percentage, Wrap Wxrks Ltd reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed by the customer.

  • Late payments of outstanding any outstanding balance will incur a charge of 2.5% of the total cost of works for every five working days of late payment. Wrap Wxrks Ltd reserves the right to change or waiver this charge if/where management deem suitable.

Acceptance

  • The customer agrees that on payment of the deposit sum to Wrap Wxrks Ltd, the customer will signify their full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of booking. The customer further acknowledges that full payment of the final sum will be made prior to collection of the customer vehicle(s).

Cancellation of an Appointment

  • The customer may cancel their booking at anytime prior date agreed, this must be provided in writing. In the event of the customer exercising the right of cancelation Wrap Wxrks Ltd will levy the following cancellation percentage penalty fees for the deposit.

  • From initial date of booking up to 42 days prior to the workshop slot date 100% Return of Deposit

  • Between 30 and 41 days prior to the workshop slot date 75% Return of Deposit

  • Between 15 and 29 days prior to the workshop slot date 50% Return of Deposit

  • Less than 14 days prior to the workshop slot date 0% Return of Deposit

  • An amendment to the date of your booking we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice (business days), so that we can re-allocate the appointment to the next available space.

  • Wrap Wxrks ltd will contact the customer after a missed appointment to understand the reason for non-attendance and to inform them about any fee(s) that may have been caused.

  • If the customer cancels before the completion of the job, all of the work and costs will be invoiced.

  • All artwork including revisions will be charged if the job cancels before completion.

Late collections/pick ups.

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd had the rights to charge storage, £100+vat for every five days past the collection date. Charges are for storage space, moving of vehicle and responsibilities.

Vehicle condition & paint

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd requests that all cars delivered must be clean, dry and free from waxes/grease where possible.

  • Prior to booking/work all existing paint defects/repairs must be checked and noted, advising of any unstable areas that will cause a potential risk. Areas at potential risk will be advised to be repaired prior work being carried out, any repairs left untreated will result in material failure, material finish defects, an increase risk of further damage or incompletion of work.

  • Any areas of previous paint repairs with non factory standard paint will not be valid for our warranties/guarantees please read our warranty document for more information.

  • Vehicles with unsuitable paint or bodywork will need the customer to sign a waiver before any work will commence, ensuring any works or materials by The Vinyl Wrapping Company T/A The Vehicle Wrapping Centre are not liable against guarantees or warranties thereafter.

  • Failure to meet any of the above points or requests may result in the works being cancelled and full charge being applied.

  • Please note, that Wrap Wxrks Ltd will not be held responsible for the replacement of vehicle furniture on any vehicle where application requires anything to be removed. Some clips and mouldings are not designed for more than one fixing. Wrap Wxrks Ltd will also not be held responsible for vehicle badges or parts that need to be removed and/or are damaged during the application process.

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd is not liable for any paint damages at time of de-wrapping a vehicle. De-wraps should be completed by a professional service using the correct techniques.

Aftercare

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd provides the best premium quality materials that is available for maximum life expectancy, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is maintained after handover date. Wrap Wxrks Ltd provides aftercare advice to be found on www.wrapwxrks.co.uk.

  • Any damages occurred after handover day is at owner/customers responsibility please read our warranties and guarantee page for more information.

Design/Artwork

  • All designs and artwork remains Wrap Wxrks Ltd property no part of any design or artwork may be used to resell, distributed, reproduced, with out written permission that has been approved by Wrap Wxrks Ltd management.

  • Any evidence of artwork, designs or images produced by Wrap Wxrks Ltd will be treated as theft and could lead to legal action.

  • It is customers responsibility to check and ensure all artwork/design meets requirements, any changes after confirmation of approval will incur additional costs.

Additional charges

Additional charges will be incurred due to, but not exclusively to –

  • Vehicle not clean on arrival (Cleaning charges of – £50 per car/ £75 per van / £125 per HGV cabs)

  • Late collections (as stated above)

  • Amendments to design (as stated above)

  • Cancellations (as stated above)

Delays 

  • In the unlikely event a delay occurs while vehicle is at Wrap Wxrks Ltd customers will be noticed in advance or as soon as possible, reasons and causes will be explained; solutions will be quickly and efficiently worked through and resolved. Wrap Wxrks Ltd will not be liable of any damages or loss caused by delays.

Insurance 

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd has no insurable interest in any customers vehicles delivered to our premises and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to customer’s vehicles/goods. It is the responsibility of our clients/customers to ensure their vehicles/goods are fully insured whilst on Wrap Wxrks Ltd premises.

  • All valuables must be removed from vehicles prior delivery and will be at Wrap Wxrks Ltd responsibility.

Warranties/Guarantees 

  • Wrap Wxrks Ltd gives application warranties and a manufactures guarantee, please see our warranty T&C's for more information.

  • Repeat orders or crash damage may occasionally require new material orders or productions. These may, on rare occasions, have slight colour differences from time to time, due to suppliers or manufacturers batch numbers. Wrap Wxrks Ltd accepts no responsibility for these issues.
