WrapWxrks ltd offers an application warranty with all our work that has been carried out by us and all the details that need to be known on our products and services are listed on this page.

 

 WrapWxrks LTD Application warranty.

 Our warranty covers all vinyl based work that is completed by WrapWxrks LTD this includes:

•    De-chromes/Black packs

•    Full & Partial wraps

•    Sign writing & Livery designs

•    Head / rear light tints & Window tints 

•    Paint protection films

Application warranty is valid for 6 Months from the collection date of the vehicle, returned work will be fixed or replaced if it qualifies to the criteria below. 

•    Lifting/peeling of vinyl due to not being applied correctly, e.g over stretched beyond manufactures specification creating a bottle cap peel.

•    Bubbling / air under wrap, created from over stretching, bridging of vinyl and not applied to manufactures specifications.

•    Discolouration, glossing, excessive glue markings.

•    Excessive amount of debris, dirt under vinyl.

Our warranty’s DO NOT cover misuse, negligence, third party, accidental damage and general wear and tear. 

examples below.

•    Discolouration / staining due to poor maintenance, fuel spill, bird droppings, tree sap, acidic and aggressive cleaners.

•    Markings, scratches from bushes, cleaning, general road usage.

•    Abrasive markings from hoses, cables, polishes.

•    Lifting / peeling, ripping/tearing of edges and/or surfaces due to a high traffic areas like door handles, edges of doors, door steps/shuts. 

•    Stone/rock chip damage to vinyl.

•    Impression markings created from miss handling of vinyl for example over tightening of roof bars.

•    Poor standard of paint work /bodywork on vehicle prior to a wrap being carried out, ie paint repairs ,rust /filler under paint  & dents .

•    Accidental Damage from a third Party’s 

 

WrapWxrks LTD SIX month warranty covers panels with only factory paint, any panels with paint repairs do not qualify for warranted work, we can not guarantee any work/paint on vehicle surface prior wrapping other than factory paint. Vinyl relies on sound paintwork that has a strong bond to the vehicle surface for maximum results and a reduced chance of material failure. 

 

All warranty issues would need to be assessed prior to the work being carried out if the work qualifies under the warranty of WrapWxrks ltd 6 months warranty cover, or the manufactures product warranty cover. WrapWxrks LTD has the right to correct/replace any work that qualifies for a warranty before third party action takes place.

 

WrapWxrks LTD warranty’s cannot be passed on if the vehicle has been sold, given away or traded, the warranty only covers the customer that has signed the this document.

 

Manufactures Warranty

Details of manufactures warranty varies between product used and brand that has been applied on the vehicle, further information can be found on the manufactures websites with additions downloadable PDF documents for all terms and conditions. Any manufactures warranty claims will be processed through WrapWxrks ltd as a point of contact WrapWxrks ltd will not hold liability of any material warranty claims that are rejected.

 

Making a Claim

All claims must have the following documents that will be given to the customer on collection day.

 

•    Invoice

•    Signed warranty

•    Material sample
