THE PROCESS
A heavy pre-cleaner snow foam is used to removed large contaminates reducing initial surface contact. De-ionisers and citrus cleaners are apart of the pre-wash stages and allowing time to dwell to remove tar, sap and any other suborn debris. The next step is a three bucket multiple stage wash technique combined with grit guards a plush pile wash mitt, the appropriate cleaners and tooling agitates suborn grime. Wheels are de-contaminated from road dirt and brake dust build up using a range of specific tooling and cleaners. Once the vehicle has gone though our deep clean process it will be dried using onyx towels.
Deep Clean
The whole vehicle is stripped down this allows us to take our deep clean to the next level. All trims, screws, clips and panels are labels and itemised on to a parts shelf ready for the rebuild stage. Having a full strip down achieves the maximum amount of cleanliness and coverage when wrapping.
Strip Down
Clay bars and exfoli blocks are an important stage of the process reducing and removing small particles that have anchored their selfs into the paint work. This stage also ensures that no existing products like
waxes and ceramic coatings are present and are removed allowing a perfect surface to start applying vinyl to.

Application
Final stages, Re-build and finish the last 10% of a project is arguably one of the most important stages. Our team reassembles all parts that have been removed meticulously back to original factory fit. We document all stages of the project and keep in constant contact with the client reporting back information and progress. After a quality control multistage inspection, final wipe down and trim dressings the vehicle is ready to hand over.
Full exterior wraps is a complete colour change of the exterior, no original body colour will be seen from the outside of the vehicle. The wrapped colour will finish neatly and discreetly within the door shut meeting the factory paint.

FULL EXTERNAL WRAPS
Door shuts and returns this package is added onto your full exterior wrap. This is for the maximum coverage, no original colour is seen when you have your doors open! due to the increased amount of time and materials needed to give this extended coverage it does add time on to the whole job and has an added extra cost to your exterior wrap.
DOOR SHUTS AND RETUNS
Half wraps are becoming a popular option for changing the look of your vehicle while utilising your original paint work colour this is cost effective solution when on a budget!
